SUMMER 2014

Even though the 2014 is not over yet but I should post this one. This year, I traveled new place. Few weeks for 3 states in Malaysia, that's Sarawak, KL and Johor. I'll not talking about Sarawak, cause I've been there for much time and always come back. KL and Johor gave me the different looks and touches. 2 days before Eid Mubarok, I landed in Kuala Lumpur from Kuching, Sarawak and directly went to Ledang, Johor, Malaysia. Exactly we arrived in my cousin's Uncle's house (call him Ayah Pang) in Felda Sri Jaya, Ledang, Johor. Not really much different with some village in Indonesia. But they had much better. Their village housing is still looks like some town housing in Indonesia. You can exactly imagine it.

The weather was so friendly when I was there. Hot but not really, but it's still. Haha. But rains came in the avvy for some days. In the first day of Eid Mubarok we went to Muar, still in Johor. Met some families over there. My cousin's family and not mine. They were so warm and friendly like the weather :p

During our way to Muar, we through the trade street and it was amazed me. There were so many Bangla. I would call that town with Bangla Town like seriously haha. It was so different with my expectation lol. I thought it was like KL, too many western tourist or the same kind like that but not. Uncle told me the Bangla is working over here. Same like some Indonesian workers. Yes, I could see, the average of workers in Malaysia is Indonesians, Bangladhesi and Indian. The jobs was like housemaid, shipmaid, industrial worker, seller and so on. But seriously Banglas's face made me scared lol. At night we went back to Ayah Pang's house. Aunt told me before we arrived, there will be some families in Ayah Pang's house and yasssshhhh, they were. The families came from KL. The house went so crowd.

The second day of Eid, we went to Kluang after Dzuhr. Kluang is a town and district located near the middle of the state of Johor in the soutern portion of peninsular Malaysia. Kluang lies about 110km north of Johor Bahru east-southeast of Batu Pahat, west of Mersing and south of Segamat (source: Wikipedia). I didn't really know what exactly place we came in, because we arrived at night and not really see the signpost. And there was just a little light in the street. I can't explain the place. We were between the forests. We were lost. Haha. But Alhamdulillah, finally found the.. like district we want to came in after Uncle's nephew picked us up in the middle of the dark street. Haha. Was the scariest trip I've ever had..

In our way to Kluang, we stopped in Ayer Hitam. Rest town in Johor. It's known for its many outlets selling pottery and other crafts. And I bought some. This is one of many reason why we arrived late in Kluang. Hehehehe. We back to Bukit Serampang in third day.

Ayer Hitam

The day I'm waiting for is came. I'm really excited about went to Kuala Lumpur. Haha. Fourth day of Eid we arrived in Kuala Lumpur with the legend driver Ayah Pang. Then arrived in my-cousin's-aunt's-house. 4 days 3 nights exactly in the town. Not really walked around the city but so glad I've been there and met some new people, visited some place I've never been. I can't say the words how really excited I am. Went back to Kuching, Sarawak on July 3rd. Fyi, I've flew alone in both flights. I'm so scared, it was my first time flew alone and flying overseas but then I realized I felt so cool. Hahahahaha. What a good 9 days. I wish that I could spend few weeks more to explore the city. Thanks KL and Johor for the new experience and I've learnt much new things. The states gonna be missed. See u, anytime!
